This costume, worn by the amazing David Bowie, is outrageously awesome and would outshine Lady Gaga's not as creative outfits by far. I don't know how the pants stay in that position but im guessing that they're wired or David Bowie asked his space friend 'Major Tom' to pick up an outfit for him from his alien home (planet Bowie).
